Holiga Oota
Holige is a traditional sweet flatbread with togari bele (toor dal) or kadale bele (split Bengal gram/chana dal) stuffed inside a flour dough, rolled out like a paratha and cooked on a hot griddle with ghee.

Rotti Oota is a North Karnataka Thali that has jowar roti, spicy curries and condiments along with salads and sweets.

Chapathi Oota
Rotti Oota is a North Karnataka Thali that has jowar roti, spicy curries and condiments along with salads and sweets. Jolada rotti or Jowar Roti is an oil less, vegan, healthy, gluten free flatbread made from jowar millet or sorghum.

Sambar Rice
Sambar rice also known as sambar sadam is one of the everyday foods from the Tamil cuisine. Sambar rice is a dish made with lentils, rice, mixed vegetables, spices & herbs. To make this sambar rice, I have used brown rice and a small quantity of white rice along with dal.
